  • Items in original condition (unused and in original packaging).

  • Requests made within 30 days of delivery confirmation.


🚫 What isn’t eligible

  • Personalized or custom-made gifts (since they’re made just for you).

  • “Change of mind” returns after 30 days.

  • Items returned without contacting our support team first.


🔄 How to start a return

  1. Email us at info@niromy.com with your order number and a brief explanation (photos help).

  2. Our support team will respond within 24 hours with a simple return form and next steps.

  3. Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement — whichever you prefer.


💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive the item for processing.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made a mistake with your order.
